When there are vacancies in our program, priority for space will be determined as follows : - Children currently enrolled in our program where the space is available, wishing to increase or decrease days ( the request must match the days that are available). -Siblings of children who are currently enrolled in our child care program. -Waitlisted children who are eligible for the specific space available (based on age) in order of waitlist date.
Vacancies in our program typically become available in September , leading up to the start of a new school year. Should you make any changes to you contact information ,please inform us immediately. Waitlist applications will only be accepted by email. If you call, you will be instructed to send an email with all relevant information. Please do not leave waitlist information on the voicemail. We do not provide waitlist numbers and are unable to respond to requests related to where your child is on the waitlist. We can however provide conformation that your child is still on the list.
When a space becomes available, you will be contacted by phone and by email. Parents are required to respond within 2 business days. After 2 days, the space is offered to the next child on the list. Little Flower can not be responsible for late replies. If the offer is refused at the time we call you can remain on the waitlist and will be offered, when available two more times after which your child will be removed from the list.
Please be advised, our wait list is about 3 years long, so it is best to get your child on sooner rather than later.
